Lemon shortbread is made as a traditional butter shortbread with the zest of fresh lemons added. Lemon shortbread is handmade in small batches from an old Scottish recipe handed down from my father. Each bag of Lemon shortbread has 8, 5cm rounds perfect for sharing (or not), and is incredibly moreish.
