Manor Springs Organic's organic raw cacao powder is made of cacao beans sourced from Peru, in their native region. Our cacao powder is simply cacao beans ground up into powdered form.
It differs significantly from cocoa, with which it's often confused, and which is heated to a high temperature and processed in a way that robs it of much of the nutritional value of raw cacao, whether powdered or in bean or nib form.
